Hi. I’m Yukari

For over 20 years, exercise has been my happy place. Daily stretching, yoga, running, cardio – you name it, I did it! I even hit the weights 5 days a week.

I felt fantastic!

Then, last fall, everything changed. I started waking up with achy joints and muscles. Sleep, supposed to be my rest and recovery time, turned into a battle.

I blamed the mattress first, so I invested in a new one.

Disappointingly, the pain persisted. I thought my symptoms might be hormonal, so I saw my doctor and tried some medication.

Unfortunately, it didn’t help.  In fact, the pain worsened during my Christmas vacation in Mexico – not exactly the relaxing getaway I’d envisioned!

As a strong believer in holistic medicine, I only take medication as a last resort. But the pain was relentless – so bad I almost resigned myself to popping painkillers every night.

Finally, I saw a different doctor who offered a steroid shot.

It worked, providing temporary relief, but I knew it wasn’t a long-term solution.

Determined to find a lasting solution, I decided to try the “Unlock Your Hip Flexors” program.

Let me tell you, this 11-minute, 10-movement program was a game-changer!

My pain is practically gone – 100% better!

Now, I’m back to doing hip thrusts for my glutes, feeling stronger and more energized than ever.
